Our Aims and Objectives
The aim of Crosswinds Employment Assistance Service is to aid persons
seeking assistance with their employment
needs.
Within this overall aim, the Employment Service has the following key
objectives:
- to assist unemployed persons within
Kings County, New Brunswick;

- to encourage employers to become a
more diversified workforce;

- to overcome disadvantages due to
ethnicity, gender, age or disability;
|
- to achieves the best possible outcome
for each client;
|
- to deliver services to all unemployed
people which respects individual differences.
